Safeguarding the children in our care is a priority .( please see our child protection policy for full details)
If a child tells us that they have been abused in anyway, or we suspect abuse from what we have observed , we have a duty to report it to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team ( MASH) and speak to a social worker. We do not require parental permission to do this ,however parents/carers will be informed.
If a member of staff is concerned about their colleagues behaviour with children there is a procedure for them to follow ,which they are all aware of.
