Expression of interest forms can be downloaded below or by requesting one via email-smpg230316@gmail.com. Please see our admissions policy for how spaces are allocated.
Prior to your child starting you will receive a 'Welcome pack' in the post.
You will also be invited for a 30 minute session to attend with your child where you can meet the staff and explore the environment. Any paperwork can be completed at this point eg funding forms, medication permissions
